Anchored in Faith. Aligned for Growth.

Biblically based coaching for individuals and couples seeking clarity, healing, and alignment with God’s truth.

Why Work With Me

God created each of us uniquely, and meaningful growth honors that. I begin exactly where you are and guide you through a thoughtful, personalized process rooted in biblical truth. The work we do together is never one-size-fits-all.

For more than 20 years, I have served as a lay counselor in large church settings, walking alongside individuals and couples through complex personal and relational challenges. I also bring over 30 years of professional experience coaching and guiding people through change, growth, and decision-making. This depth of experience allows me to listen carefully, discern patterns, and support the work with wisdom, steadiness, and care.

Change does not happen by accident.
It requires intentional choice, personal responsibility, and time.

This work is most effective when there is readiness and mutual trust.
I work best with individuals and couples who are willing to engage honestly, take responsibility for their choices, and trust a thoughtful, faith-centered process.

How We Work Together

Individual Coaching

Individual coaching focuses on clarity and alignment.
This work creates space to examine patterns,
beliefs, and choices that may be shaping your experience.

Explore what isn’t working and why
Examine mindset, behavior, and responsibility
Move forward with greater clarity and purpose

The process is thoughtful, paced, and rooted in biblical truth.

Couple Coaching

Couples coaching focuses on shared patterns and responsibility.
This work helps partners examine how communication,
choices, and expectations are shaping the relationship.

Identify recurring patterns of conflict or disconnection
Improve clarity and communication
Take responsibility for individual and shared choices

The focus is not blame—but understanding, alignment, and growth.

Is Clarity Coaching the Right Fit?

Yes, if you are willing to:
• Reflect honestly
• Take responsibility for your choices
• Engage with biblical truth
• Grow with intention rather than urgency

This may not be a good fit if you are seeking:
• Quick, easy fixes
• Someone to tell you what to do
• Surface-level change
• Avoidance of personal responsibility

Fit matters—for you, for me, and for the work.
